Biscuits and gravy are a crave-worthy breakfast traditionally served in the southern region of the US. BOU's rendition is a little lighter and still just as delicious for Sunday mornings. Fluffy biscuits and creamy, bold gravy are a perfect pairing.

Directions 1. P reheat the oven to 350 degrees and l ine a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium - sized mixing bowl, mix together the flour and yogurt. 3. On a floured surface, knead your biscuit dough for about 1 minu te.
4. Roll the dough into a large ball and cut i n half 4 times to m ak e eight even pieces. Then roll each piece (each eighth) into a small ball
5. Place each dough ball onto your baking sheet , spacing evenly, and bake the biscuits for 20 minutes.
6. Mean while , heat a medium - sized skillet on medium heat and cook the sausage until browned (about 5 - 6 minutes).
7. Remove the cooked sausage from heat and drain any unwanted fat.
8. Return the cooked sausage to medium heat and s prinkle in ½ a tsp of flour . S tir until incorporated. 9. Add the gravy cubes and water to the skillet and stir the mixture constantly until it comes to a boil. Reduce the heat to low until gravy thickens.
10. Top your baked biscuits with gravy and enjoy.
