This classic French stew is sure to make you say BOU appetit!
BOU Beef flavored Bouillon Cube
Salt, pepper, rosemary
Make roux by searing beef tips and adding flour.
In a second pan, sautée pearl onions, diced carrots, and sliced mushrooms and mix with beef after veggies become tender.
In a separate saucepan, use a BOU Beef flavored Bouillon cube a made low-sodium beef bouillon using bouillon from @bouforyou 👌🏼 In a larger pot with the beef and veggies, I poured the bouillon and red wine (alcohol cooked off already); added a dash of salt, pepper, and tsp of fresh rosemary; cooked it to a simmer for a few minutes, removed from heat and transferred the stew to a casserole dish. I brushed pieces of croissants with butter and sprinkled them on top of the Boeuf Bourguignon. Baked for 20 min and voilà!
