Easy Macaroni and Cheese with Vegetables

Keep weeknights simple with this half-homemade macaroni and cheese meal, packed full of fresh vegetables. This version contains broccoli and carrots, yet feel free to use whatever you have available! Creamy macaroni and cheese with an added boost of nutrients and flavored with BOU Vegetable Flavored Bouillon for a rich flavor.

Macaroni
Cheese sauce mix
6 cups water
4 tbsp butter
1/4 cup milk
2 large carrots
16 oz broccoli (fresh)
Green onion
1. Boil water in medium saucepan
2. Stir BOU Vegetable Flavored Bouillon Cubes until mixed with the water.

4. Cook for 5 minutes in boiling water.
5. Drain veggies and keep water for the next step.
6. Boil the same water from the veggies in medium saucepan.
7. Stir in macaroni. Cook 7-8 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.

9. Add butter, milk and cheese sauce mix. Mix well.
10. Add vegetables and mix. Top with chopped green onions and serve!
