2 BOU Chicken Bouillon Cubes BOU Chicken Bouillon Cubes

¼ cup Espresso Coffee, finely ground

2 Tbsp. Lemon zest, grated fine

½ cup Brown sugar

2 Tbsp. Sea salt

1 Tbsp. Garlic Granulated 

1 ½ tsp. Coriander, ground

3 Tbsp. Chipotle Chili powder

2 Tbsp. Black Pepper, freshly ground 

3 Tbsp. Smoked Paprika 

1 tsp. Roasted Cumin, ground

1 ½ Tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp. Dry Mustard 

1 ½ Tbsp. Ancho Chili Powder

Method of Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a Blender and blend well (about 45 Seconds).
  2. Place into a storage container with a lid.  Label, date, and store in a cool dry place
