Directions

 Cook rice per packaging instructions with 1 @bouforyou chicken cube.

Set aside to cool. Marinate tomatoes with sea salt, pepper, olive oil, and Italian herbs.

Next, dice the zucchini and sauté in pan with olive oil, sea salt, and pepper. Once cooked, add in the rice and marinated tomatoes.
