Minestrone Soup

Minestrone soup is a comfort food and a staple in Italian cooking. And there are many variations when it comes to the vegetables, beans and pasta used. This minestrone soup recipe calls for vegetables including corn, kidney beans and pasta of your choice. The broth for the soup is brought to life with 2 types of BOU Bouillon cubes.
