Sausage Meatball Bites

18 oz pack mild Italian sausage
3 tbsp crushed red pepper
2 slices crumbled wheat bread
2 large eggs
2 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
2 BOU Roasted Garlic Bouillon Cubes
1 cup flour
1 tbsp olive oil
1 jar pasta sauce
1. In large bowl mix sausage, eggs, bread crumbs, cheese (crushed red pepper if spice is desired). Form into a single meat structure
2. Gently crumble BOU cubes into the bowl, mix, then form meat into matching sized meatballs
3. Evenly cover a cutting board with 1/4 cup of flour
4. Roll each meatball until evenly coated. Repeat this step until all flour is used and all meatballs are covered
5. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
6. Place meatballs on the pan leaving ample space in between. Cook until lightly browned then turn, doing this on all sides, about 25-35 minutes
7. Heat a large saucepan on medium
8. Add olive oil first and then pasta sauce
9. Cover meatballs halfway with sauce
10. Remove then garnish with basil, parsley and or fresh peppers
