Spicy Beef and Black Bean Chili

2 lbs grass-fed ground beef
2 poblano peppers, seeded and diced
1 onion, medium diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 BOU Beef Flavored Bouillon Cube (for 2 cups beef broth use 1 cube + 2 cups boiling water)
1 tbsp tomato paste
28 oz can fire roasted crushed tomatoes
1 15 oz can corn
2 15 oz cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp chipotle chili powder
2 tsp sea salt
1. Cook ground beef over medium heat in a non-stick skillet, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon in the process, until no longer pink.
2. Using slotted spoon, transfer cooked beef to a slow cooker.
3. Add remaining chili ingredients and give everything a good stir.
4. Cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 6+ hours.
5. Ladle into bowls and garnish with Crisps. Enjoy!
