BOU Blog Spicy Miso Tahini Sweet Potato Noodles

Directions

In the hot water, mix one cube of the ginger @bouforyou miso broth cube until it turns into a paste. once done, add to a medium sized bowl with the rice vinegar, tahini, sriracha, salt, garlic powder and 1-3 tbsp of water. You can test this by adding a tbsp of water and mixing until you reach your desired consistency. Cook the sweet potato noodles in a pan with avocado oil and once they are almost cooked, add in the sauce and stir until evenly combined. You can add chopped green onions and sesame seeds if you desire!
